Made-to-Order Manufacturing and Commissioned Work

AvroKO Amenities LLC provides bespoke, made-to-order, and commissioned source and design services. By placing a verbal or formal purchase order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Purchase Orders and Deposits

  • Commencement of Work: A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to initiate any made-to-order manufacturing or commissioned work. This deposit must be paid upon the placement of the purchase order. AvroKO accepts all major credit cards, checks or ACH payments against a pro forma invoice or a draft order using this website.
  • Part II Payment: The remaining balance of the project cost is due prior to the shipment of the completed products. Failure to complete payment may result in delays in shipping.

Invoicing and Additional Costs

  • Finishing and Assembly (F&A): Since many variables are beyond our control surrounding this step, costs associated with decorating, packaging, finishing, and assembly will be invoiced separately from the initial project estimate.
  • Shipping and Handling: All expenses related to shipping, packing materials, and labor for fulfillment will be billed and invoiced separately. These invoices are typically issued within 30 days following the completion and delivery of the order.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • No Cancellations: Once a special order is made, it cannot be canceled. We begin the process of sourcing and designing based on your specifications immediately upon order confirmation and deposit receipt.
  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed and the deposit has been received.

No Liability for Potential Delays

  • Potential Delays: AvroKO Amenities LLC shall not be liable for any delays in the completion of an order due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and production delays. We commit to communicating any such delays promptly and working diligently to minimize the impact on the project timeline. Your proactive communication with our team, inventory updates, and projections will help us to avoid delays. AvroKO Amenities LLC will do its best to supply our clients with hand batches or similar products if a prolonged, unforeseeable disruption occurs.


  • Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AvroKO Amenities LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses (including attorney's fees), damages, and costs resulting from any claim, suit, action, demand, or proceeding brought against AvroKO Amenities LLC related to or arising out of the client's use of the bespoke, made-to-order, and commissioned products, except for those resulting from AvroKO Amenities LLC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the state and federal courts' exclusive jurisdiction in New York.


By placing a purchase order with AvroKO Amenities LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that these terms and conditions encompass the entire agreement between you and AvroKO Amenities LLC regarding made-to-order and commissioned work, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
